The KC15 is a valve with relief-Check-DC manual release functions for a SPX Flow / Stone Pick-a-Pack hydraulic power unit.
Relief valves are extremely important in that they limit the amount of pressure the power unit can generate. Stone pumps can generate in excess of 5000 psi. If this pressure is not limited by the use of relief valves, the excess pressure could potentially damage the mechanical components used in the hydraulic circuit. Always ensure that the mechanical components selected in the application design can handle the working pressure needed. The working pressure in the application should be under 80% the rated relief valve pressure. For example, if the working pressure needed is 2300 psi, a relief valve rated at 2875 psi should be selected.

Kit includes 4 color-coded relief springs as follows:
- Blue(300-599 PSI) [20.7-41.3 Bar]
- Green (600-1299 PSI) [41.4-89.6 Bar]
- Red (1300-1999 PSI) [89.6-137.8 Bar]
-黑色(2000-4199 PSI) [137.9-289.5 Bar]

Optional Order JF-0048 spring locator when using the blue (300-599 PSI) [20.7-41.3 Bar] spring.

Valve is rated to release at 3000 PSI. Max. at 90 PSI air pressure
