6T axle stands with high listing range - just right for Range Rovers. Really fast delivery. Box was coming apart on arrival, but these are heavy items and can quickly beat up cardboard packaging. Some padding inside the box might have helped, anyway arrived in good condition so no harm done and really please with the stands. Can't really beat SGS for reliable, robust workshop equipment. I'm a repeat customer, which probably says it all.

I have been looking for a nice strong pair of axle stands for a while, just purchased a pair from SGS Engineering, like many things on the net you don't quite know the quality until it arrives. I don't regret this purchase one bit. They are very well made and seriously strong just what you need in a pair of axle stands. The icing on the cake is they are ridiculously cheap with delivery, coming next day for free. It was a great deal and has left me wanting to order a trolley jack from the same company.

We thought the price at £26 was each, very surprised when we received 8 axle stands instead of 4! No problem, will make good use of them. Although intended for Range Rover's and the like they can be used for 'normal' cars.

The 3 ton axle stands are an excellent product at a very competitive price. I'm using the stands on a 1983 series 3 landrover where the wide saddle is beneficial in supporting the vehicle on the chassis members.

Bought these to prop up my X5 whilst the wheels were being refurbished, ended up not needing them as BMW gave me a courtesy car. Kept them anyway and they serve a good purpose on my Frontera as that's also a high car.

These are big, tall and robust stands with a captive pin which saves it from being lost. I definitely feel safe when under the vehicle when these stands are holding it up.

One stand could hold the whole car up as they're rated at 3 tonnes each which gives great piece of mind.

They arrived well packaged and quickly. A worthwhile buy for a 4x4 or truck owner. A car owner might struggle to get them underneath as they are very high even when fully collapsed.

I've bought a few items from Sgs , toolboxes , axle stands , a jack and boot struts and am yet to be disappointed by the service price or quality , even when a tool box turned up damaged ( courier fault not sgs ) I sent a few pics and it was replaced without quibble and they even collected the damaged one quickly , very impressed I willuae them again soon

Planned on getting the 4 tonne ratchet stands, but they were out of stock at the time. The 6 tonne (3 ton each) stands are fantastic quality and just over 300mm stance between feet gives incredible stabilty. Over-kill for my car, but better to have extra strength and stability when taking all 4 wheels off. Minimum hieght is more than 2 tonne jack would reach, so just ordered a 3 tonne trolly jack from here. Fast delivery, well packaged and really friendly staff when dealing over the phone.

Very decent pair of high quality stands that will last a lifetime. A really nice construction solid firm base and good welds. I like the u shape double retaining pins for safety.

Very impressed with the quality of these stands. They are quite large and very strong, the feet are big and they feel very safe to work under. Super heavy duty.

These jack stands are definitely heavy duty and have a tough finish that hasn't scratched of chipped even after a lot of use. Nice wide base and big feet, they feel very solid
